• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, WE88 will void the bet and return the original stake.
• Network issues during live betting may cause confirmation delays — all bets will be settled according to WE88 server logs.

Important information regarding payments at WE88:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — funds cannot be sent to a different number.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Winnings earned from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the relevant wagering requirements have been met.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit varies by VIP tier — Bronze: ৳20,000 / Gold: ৳1,00,000 / Platinum and above: negotiable.
• WE88 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

Deposits at WE88 are usually reflected instantly. If your deposit doesn't appear within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

WE88 Bonus Policy:

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must be a newly registered and verified user. Referral bonuses do not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or address.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WE88 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening an account using a false or fabricated identity.
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through the use of multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Participation in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Redistributing or commercially using platform content without WE88's permission.

WE88's security team monitors user activity. If suspicious behaviour is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

WE88 takes user privacy seriously. Information provided at registration is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying accounts and ensuring security.
• Completing the KYC process.
